Social inbox

The Anthyx social inbox pulls comments, mentions, and direct messages from all connected platforms into a single unified feed. You can reply, assign, label, and resolve conversations without switching apps.

What arrives in the inbox

  • Comments on your posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
  • @ Mentions of your account (X, LinkedIn)
  • Direct messages (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Story replies where the platform API permits (Instagram)

TikTok comments are displayed but replies must be made within the TikTok app due to API restrictions.

Replying to a message

  1. Click the conversation in the inbox feed.
  2. Type your reply in the composer at the bottom of the thread.
  3. Click Send. Anthyx posts the reply directly through the platform API.

Click the AI reply button (sparkle icon) to get an AI-drafted reply based on your brand voice. You can edit before sending.

Assigning conversations

Click the Assign button at the top of a conversation and select a team member. The assignee receives an in-app notification. Assigned conversations are highlighted in their personal inbox view.

Labels and filters

Create custom labels (e.g. “Urgent”, “Sales enquiry”, “Complaint”) under Inbox → Labels. Apply labels to conversations with the tag icon. Use the filter bar at the top of the inbox to filter by platform, label, assignee, or status (open / resolved).

Resolving conversations

Click Resolve to mark a conversation as done. Resolved conversations are hidden from the default view but remain searchable. A new reply from the user will re-open the conversation automatically.

Inbox notifications

Configure notification preferences under Settings → Notifications. You can receive in-app notifications, email digests (hourly or daily), or both.
