Terms of Service

By accessing or using Anthyx ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Anthyx is a multi-agent autonomous marketing platform that uses AI to generate, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms on behalf of users. The Service includes a web dashboard, API access, and associated backend infrastructure.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including content generated and published by AI agents acting on your behalf.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent platform terms of service for any connected social media platform.
• Generate spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or misleading content at scale.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's source code or AI models.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a written reseller agreement.
• Use the Service to collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

The Service uses large language models to generate content on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.
• You own the content generated using your brand data and published through the Service.
• We do not use your brand data or generated content to train AI models without your explicit written consent.
• Compliance with platform-specific terms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.) is your responsibility.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Usage above plan limits may incur overage charges as specified on the pricing page.
• We offer a 7-day grace period following a failed payment before suspending access.
• Refunds are at our discretion. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days.
• Plan prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Anthyx platform, including its UI, codebase, agent system, and branding, is our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain all rights to your brand data, uploaded assets, and content you create. By connecting social accounts, you grant us permission to read and publish on your behalf solely to deliver the Service.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms (social media APIs, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthyx and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you publish through the platform.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding balances. Upon termination, your access is removed and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email and/or in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
