Exporting Your Data

Anthyx lets you export your data at any time — analytics, form responses, post history, and full GDPR-compliant personal data archives. Your data is never held hostage: all exports are available on all plans, including Free.
Analytics CSV export
To export analytics data, go to Analytics, set your date range, and click Export → CSV. The CSV includes one row per post with the following columns: post ID, brand, platform, published date, copy (first 200 characters), reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, link clicks, and engagement rate.
Campaign-level exports are also available from Campaigns → [Campaign name] → Export. These include the same per-post columns plus campaign name, campaign goal, and campaign date range.
Form response export
Go to Forms → [Form name] → Responses → Export CSV. The export includes all submitted responses with one row per submission. Column headers match the field labels you set in the form builder. File upload fields are not included in the CSV — a link to the uploaded file is included instead (the link is valid for 30 days).
GDPR personal data export
If a user whose data is stored in Anthyx (e.g. a form respondent) submits a Subject Access Request, you can generate a full export of all data Anthyx holds about them:
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Data export.
- Enter the email address of the data subject.
- Click Generate export. Anthyx searches all forms, email lists, and inbox contacts for data associated with that email.
- Download the ZIP archive. It contains structured JSON files for each data type.
This export satisfies the GDPR Article 15 right of access obligation. The generated archive is retained for 24 hours and then permanently deleted.
Audit log export
The audit log records who did what and when: approvals, rejections, team invites, billing changes, and guardrail triggers. Export it under Settings → Security → Audit log → Export. The export is a CSV covering the last 12 months of activity. Older audit data is available on request by emailing support@useanthyx.com.
Full workspace data export
To export everything — posts, campaigns, analytics, forms, contacts, brand settings — go to Settings → Workspace → Export workspace data. The archive is prepared asynchronously and a download link is emailed to the workspace Owner when it is ready (usually within 30 minutes for large workspaces). The archive is a ZIP containing JSON files and a CSV summary for each data type.
