White-label & Client Portal

Last updated: June 2026

The Agency plan includes a white-label client portal that lets you present Anthyx's capabilities under your own agency brand. Clients log in to a portal that shows your logo and colours, not Anthyx's, and can view, approve, and comment on content without accessing the full Anthyx workspace.

Setting up white-label branding

  1. Go to Settings → Agency → White-label.
  2. Upload your agency logo (PNG or SVG, recommended minimum 200 × 60 px).
  3. Set your primary brand colour — this is used for buttons, links, and accents throughout the portal.
  4. Enter a custom portal name (e.g. “Acme Marketing Hub”) — this appears in the browser tab and emails.
  5. Optionally configure a custom domain (see below).
  6. Click Save. The portal updates immediately for all existing and future client logins.

Custom domain for the portal

Instead of app.useanthyx.com/portal, you can host the client portal at your own domain (e.g. portal.youragency.com). Under Settings → Agency → Custom domain:

  1. Enter the subdomain you want to use.
  2. Add the CNAME record shown to your DNS provider.
  3. Wait for DNS propagation (usually under 30 minutes).
  4. Anthyx automatically provisions an SSL certificate via Let's Encrypt.

Inviting clients to the portal

Go to Settings → Team → Invite member, enter the client's email, and set their role to Client. Specify which brands they can see — clients are brand-scoped and cannot see other clients' work. They receive an invitation email with a link to set their password. Client seats do not count against your team seat limit.

What clients can do in the portal

  • View scheduled and published posts for their brand in a clean calendar or list view
  • Approve or request changes on posts in the review queue (if enabled for their brand)
  • Leave comments on individual posts
  • Download performance reports as PDF or CSV
  • View campaign overviews and analytics summaries

Clients cannot access settings, billing, team management, or other brands. They see no mention of Anthyx in the interface if white-label is configured.

Client approval workflow

Enable client-side approvals per brand under Settings → Brands → [Brand] → Workflow → Require client approval. When active, posts must be approved by the assigned client before they are scheduled — even if your internal team has already approved them. This is ideal for agencies that need documented client sign-off before publishing.
